Chairman of Park Development, Fergal McPartland, reported on activities in park during the year and thanked a large number of people who assisted during the season. After it was confirmed that Sean Pierson and his management team had stepped down, a committee was formed to seek a new manager. Tributes were paid to Sean, Paddy & Angus who put in a huge amount of work and oversaw a successful year returning silverware for the first time in a number of years. He expressed the clubs appreciation to the organising committee of the Tony McGowan Run who are sponsoring the installation of a new electronic scoreboard at the park which will be a great addition.The election of officers then took place. He complimented the successful teams along with their managersin particular the senior men who won the Division 2 title and St. AGM:The AGM took place in the clubhouse on Sunday evening last with a good crowd in attendance. Chairman Patrick McManus presided over the meeting and gave an overview of the year in his address. He thanked Eamonn McGowanin particular for his dedication to the park. Francis ladies who won the intermediate championship and thanked everyone who helped out all year especially coaches and parents & those who helped out with raising finance and supporting the lotto & other sources of income. Secretary, Sinead Dolan, gave a comprehensive report of the clubs activities in 2018 and thanked all those who contributed to the efficient running of the club. John McKeon, presented a very comprehensive & detailed financial report. He also thanked John Joe Cullen & Sean Deeley for their great work. All underage managers will be confirmed at the Coiste na nOg AGM. There are no Division 2 fixtures until after Leitrims game in New York. We led 4-08 to 1-04 at the break with goals from Ciaran Walsh (2), Gareth Higgins & Shane Beirne. Dunnes Bar Division 2:We travelled to Kinlough on Sunday morning to play Melvin Gaels second string and won on a scoreline of 2-09 to 5-16.

We play Leitrim Gaels at home on Saturday morning at 12noon so good luck to Farrell, Angus and the team. U-15s:The U-15s had a good win over Mohill in Ballinaglera on Sunday morning on a scoreline of 3-13 to 0-09. This was a really good team performance and goals from Liam McGourty (2) and Conor Flood set us on our way.

We led 3-09 to 1-05 at the break and although Kiltubrid put in a strong second half performance we tagged on enough scores to take the points. Martin Raftery closed the gap to the minimum just after the interval but an Aughawillan goal in the 35thminute put the hosts in charge and despite points from Brian Mulvey (2) and Diarmuid McKiernan a flurry of late scores left the hosts comfortable winners.We play Melvin Gaels at home this Saturday evening at 7pm.Best of luck to the team and management.
