Special thanks to Kiltubrid GAA for joining us for a blitz in Ballinamore on Saturday with u9 and u7 taking part. Training for U9 and U11 continuous on Monday evening at 19:00. All the children played and had a great time, thanks to all the mentors for coming and a big shout out to some of our nursery players who made their debuts today well done all.

Well done to the senior lads who put in a great performance against Aughnasheelin on Sunday evening, the lads stormed into an early lead scoring 4 goals in the first 10 minutes of the match to take control, the lads added a second goal in the second half to leave the final score 5:05 to 0:02.

Special thanks to all of our intrepid cyclists that took the long and the hard way to Roscommon on Sunday, thankfully the weather was good and our support team of mechanics and medical staff was not needed with all of our cyclists making it to the Hyde in time with little or no injury and just a thirst for pints.

Mohill - Ballinamore road cleared early this morning

Next up for the lads is a match against Carrigallen in Cloone on Sunday at 12:00, your support for these great lads would be appreciated. The second round of the intermediate championship took place on Sunday and this time the lads were up against Kiltubrid who proved to be very strong team winning the match with a score of 3-22 to 0-10.

All credit to the girls for their performance and hopefully they will not be to disheartened as I am sure there will be plenty more finals for them in the future. The girls put in an excellent performance and were just beaten on the day by a very strong team. Well done to our u12 girls who were in action on Sunday in the Championship final against St Bridgets in Pairc Sean. The final score was 1:07 to 0:14 with St Bridgets goalie denying a couple of goal scoring chances at the end.

Well done to the lads on a fantastic victory on Saturday evening against Glencar Manor in the pairc, the lads put in a good display and were deserving winners with the final score 2:13 to 0:12, the result leaves the lads in second place in the league one point behind Mohill on 11 points.
